Refund policy
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Ten SixTeen only offers Store Credit for returns. We do not refund back to your original payment method. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizing or styling as we are more than happy to assist. All sale items are final.
Please review the following details regarding our return policy:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Initiation of the Return:
- Please log into your account to request a return.
- You can also contact our support team via email at info@shoptween.com. Please provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your reference.
- When returning, please securely pack and seal items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.

- Refund Process:
- Ten SixTeen only offers Store Credit for returns.
- Returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the store credit which will go back to your Ten SixTeen account.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to return the unwanted item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately info@shoptween.com
